It's important you contact a personal injury attorney soon after being involved in an accident. The earlier you contact our attorneys, the better we can help you preserve and collect evidence, stay within the time limits of when legal action must be filed, deal with insurance companies, and offer legal advice from the start.
We work on a contingency fee basis, meaning if we don't win a positive reward for your case, you won't have to pay any fees. Our contingency fee basis, along with free consultations, provides our clients with a risk-free path to justice.
In Texas, you have two years to file a personal injury lawsuit from the date of your accident. This is a lawsuit filed by a survivor of a wreck who is seeking compensation for physical injury, property damage, lost wages, and more.
