G.R. (Randy) Akin
Randy Akin graduated in 1978 from Baylor University with a Bachelor of Arts Degree and graduated in 1981 from Baylor School of Law with a Juris Doctor and was admitted to the Texas Bar in the same year. Mr. Akin is licensed to practice in both State and Federal Courts. He is Board Certified in Personal Injury Trial Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization and further Board Certified as a Civil Trial Advocate by the National Board of Trial Advocacy and the American Board of Trial Advocates. In 2017, Mr. Akin was named a Top 100 Civil Plaintiff Trial Lawyer in Texas by The National Trial Lawyers.
Mr. Akin is a Fellow with the Texas Bar Foundation, Member of the Pro Bono College of the State Bar of Texas, a Special Assistant Disciplinary Counsel to the Texas Commission for Lawyer Discipline. His experience in active trial practice includes over 150 civil jury verdicts on both the plaintiff and defense side.
Randy Akin began training for mediation/arbitration in 1989 through the U.S. Arbitration and Mediation and now performs around 80 dispute resolutions per year. Randy Akin has been recognized for 15 consecutive years for Texas Super Lawyer and is AV rated by Martindale Hubbell.

Greg Burton
Greg Burton graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of Central Arkansas in December of 2002 with a Bachelor of Science in Education degree in Early Childhood Education. Mr. Burton earned his Juris Doctor from South Texas College of Law in May of 2012. He was admitted to the State Bar of Texas that same year. He is also admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas.
Since August of 2012, Mr. Burton has represented both plaintiffs and defendants on numerous types of claims, including personal injuries, contract disputes, debt collections, and DTPA claims. Mr. Burton is a member of the Gregg County Bar Association and Texas Young Lawyers Association. Mr. Burton has filed and tried cases in both State and Federal District Court.

Kyle Akin
Kyle Akin graduated magna cum laude from the University of Arkansas School of Law in 2017. While in law school, Kyle thrived in the classroom, but he also studied abroad in St. Petersburg, Russia with former Chief Justice of Arkansas Supreme Court, Howard Brill. Additionally, Kyle clerked for Judge John Scott, 19th West Judicial Circuit, in Bentonville, Arkansas, and throughout his time at the University of Arkansas School of Law, Kyle was a Staff Editor for Arkansas Law Review.
With an impressive track record, Kyle has artfully steered hundreds of cases across the judicial landscapes of both state and federal courts in Arkansas and Texas. He has handled a variety of cases and has actively advocated for his clients—from drafting materialman’s liens in order to secure payment for an unpaid contractor to successfully trying cases in state and federal courts.
Kyle is licensed to practice in all Texas and Arkansas state courts, the Texas Supreme Court, Arkansas Supreme Court, and all federal United States District Courts in Texas and Arkansas. He is a member of the American Bar Association, the State Bar of Texas, Texarkana Bar Association, Gregg County Bar Association, and the Texarkana Young Lawyers Association.
